Duties include moss/debris removal, drain & gutter cleaning, caulking renewal, painting, emergency leak calls, membrane and shingle repairs, and waterproofing.

• Someone who is not afraid of heights but instead enjoys the spectacular views this career offers, as required
• A warrior in all weather conditions - heat, cold, wind and rain.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and drag up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, lift, walk and climb
• A willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors but also a self-starter who can work unsupervised, as required.
• Someone who is safety conscious with the ability to follow and understand safe work procedures
• Able to travel to job sites within the Lower Mainland and Metro Vancouver Area
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
